Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
CrewDelay ("we", "us") provides flight-status and delay alerts to airline crew members. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide: name, email, airline, and (optionally) your mobile phone number.
- Flight schedule data you import, and the alert preferences you set.
- Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
- To send you the flight status and delay notifications you enable, by email and/or SMS.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
SMS / text messaging
If you add a mobile number and enable the Text (SMS) notification channel, you consent to receive automated flight status and delay alert text messages from CrewDelay. Message frequency varies with your flight activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to deliver the alerts you request, via our messaging provider (AWS End User Messaging), which processes them solely to send those messages on our behalf.
Your choices
- Turn any channel on or off on your Preferences page.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS; remove your phone number to disable SMS entirely.
- Contact us to access or delete your account data.
