By creating a CrewDelay account you agree to these terms. CrewDelay provides flight status and delay alerts to airline crew members on a best-effort basis; alerts depend on third-party flight data and are not guaranteed to be timely or accurate. Do not rely on CrewDelay as your sole source for operational decisions.
SMS alert program
- CrewDelay flight alerts are a recurring, automated text-message program. You opt in by adding your mobile number and enabling the Text (SMS) channel on your Preferences page.
- Message frequency varies with your flight activity. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers may change; not all carriers are supported.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for your own crew notifications. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' data.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
